Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person who logs on to this website and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our Company. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us,” refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Use of the Service

Queue provides users with the opportunity to go on interviews with Jessica, an AI interviewer, which will ask questions on specific topics chosen by the user. Following the interview, users receive content assets based on their interview. These content assets can be used by the user to publish on LinkedIn and other marketing channels.

The content generated by the platform is not private but public data. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that any content created through Queue will be considered public information. You understand and accept that such content is accessible to others and may be used, shared, and distributed by Queue and other parties.

Content Ownership and Use

All content generated through Queue, including but not limited to interview recordings, transcripts, and any derivative works (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Queue. Queue grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes, including publishing on LinkedIn and other marketing channels.

Queue is not responsible for any content produced by the tool in terms of liability, correctness of facts, security, or any other issues that may arise. You acknowledge that the content generated may contain inaccuracies or errors and agree that Queue is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the content.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Queue and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website. You are granted a limited license only.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

 

• • Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any website material;

• • Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website;

• • Using this website in any way that impacts user access to this website;

• • Using this website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the website, or to any person or business entity;

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Queue from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Variation of Terms

Queue is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

Queue is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Queue and you in relation to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.
