Getting started is as simple as scheduling a 5-minute interview with Jessica. During your call, all you need to do is:

  1. Answer thought-provoking questions: During the interview, Jessica will guide you through 5-6 questions related to your area of expertise.
  2. Receive ready-to-publish content: After the interview, Jessica analyzes your responses and generates up to 7 pieces of content, including blog posts and social media updates, all tailored to your unique voice and style.
  3. Share your content: Once you receive your content, you can easily share it across your preferred platforms to engage your audience and establish your thought leadership.

Jessica’s streamlined process makes creating high-quality content easy, allowing you to focus on sharing your valuable insights with your audience.

How to Work with Jessica: A Detailed Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Schedule your interview by selecting a convenient time slot.
  2. Discover trending topics in your niche for your interview. 
  3. Provide your insights during your interview with Jessica.
  4. Review and edit your content. 

1. Schedule your call 

When booking your call, you will need to provide your name, email address (so Jessica can send you a calendar invite), and the URL of your LinkedIn profile (so that your content can be personalized to you.) 

Find Your LinkedIn URL & Add to Jessica

To find your LinkedIn URL, simply head to LinkedIn and click on your name on the left hand side of the screen. 

Then simply copy the URL directly from your browser (as shown below) and paste it into the field to book your call with Jessica. 

Schedule a Date & Time or Start Your Call Right Away

On the next screen (as shown below), choose a date and time that suits you. Jessica fits into your schedule seamlessly, making it easier than ever to create compelling content at scale. You’ll get a meeting invite sent to your calendar as a reminder (but you can still take the call anytime you like – it doesn’t have to be at the scheduled time.) 

Click ‘Continue” once ready. 

And there you have it – scheduling a call with Jessica is as easy as can be. With just a few clicks and some basic information, you’ll be on your way to creating personalized, compelling content that resonates with your audience.

2. Choose your topic 

On the next screen, you’ll have the opportunity to choose the topic for your interview. If you have a specific topic in mind, such as “Marketing trends in 2024,” you can enter it directly into the first entry field (marked ‘1’ below.)

Alternatively, if you’re unsure about what to discuss, you can use the first entry field as a keyword search bar. Simply enter 1-2 keywords related to your area of interest, such as ‘Marketing,’ and Jessica will generate a list of potential topics for you to choose from (shown in the second field marked ‘2’ below.)

The most exciting part comes at the third stage, where Jessica suggests related trending topics that have high online traffic and are primed to go viral. These are questions that many people are curious about, making them ideal for creating engaging content. See examples in the image below (in the section marked ‘3’.) 

Select a top trending or new question to be the focus of your interview, and click ‘Schedule event’ to lock in your session with Jessica.

Awesome! Now you’re scheduled to have your interview. 

Jessica will automatically send a meeting invitation to your email (the one you provided at the first stage.) 

You will receive an email with the event details. You can confirm that the booking was successful by clicking ‘Add to calendar,’ which will take you to your calendar to see your automated meeting invite. You can either wait to meet at the scheduled time or start the interview right away by clicking ‘Meet now.’ 

If you begin the call from your calendar invite, you’ll see a meeting link in the ‘Location’ section of the calendar invite, as shown below. 

Prepare for the interview by reflecting on your expertise and the key messages you want to convey. Be authentic and share your genuine experiences and thoughts. Consider the milestones, challenges, and current trends that have shaped your career and perspective. Remember, the interview is a friendly, informal dialogue designed to learn from your insights, so relax and enjoy the conversation.

So, if you’re ready, take a few moments to collect your thoughts – then schedule your call with Jessica.

3. Attend the interview and provide thoughtful responses to Jessica’s questions

Click on the large play button to get things started. This will kick off your interview with Jessica. 

During your interview, Jessica will ask you 4-6 deep-dive questions about your chosen topic. Each new question will be based on your previous responses, ensuring a hyper-personalized experience.

To answer a question, simply click ‘Record’ to begin recording your response. Once you’re satisfied with your answer, click ‘Record’ again. You’ll then have the option to listen back to your recording, start over if you wish to re-record your answer, or send your answer and receive the next question from Jessica.

You can end the call at any point by clicking the ‘End call’ button at the bottom right of the screen. Your social media posts will be created based on your responses, so you must answer at least two questions to provide enough insights and information for Jessica to craft your content.

Once you’re finished, click ‘Go to post’, as shown in the image below. This will take you to your social media and blog posts. From your dashboard, you can review all of your posts and even ask Jessica to make changes to them using the chat feature. Continue reading to see how that looks. 

Then, review the generated content and make any necessary edits or adjustments. From your dashboard, you can review all assets created from your conversation with Jessica. Choose a post and click ‘Review and post’ to see its contents. 

Once you receive your generated content, it’s time to review and publish it across your preferred channels. From your dashboard, you can review all the assets created from your conversation with Jessica. Choose a post and click ‘Review and post’ to see its contents.

To make any adjustments, such as changing the tone of voice, simply write your request in the chat. Jessica will rework your post accordingly, creating a new version. You can access each version in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen (V1, V2, etc.).

When you’re satisfied with your post, click ‘Preview final’ to proceed to the next screen. Here, you can copy your post and publish it on your preferred social media channels, such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Blog articles can be published on any blogging platform, including your own website, LinkedIn Pulse, Medium, or other websites.

After copying your post, Jessica will take you back to your main dashboard screen. Click on ‘Back to all posts’ to review and publish your next piece of content.

Once you are happy with your post, click ‘Preview final’ which will take you to the next screen, where you can copy your post, ready to publish on your preferred social media channel. Jessica’s posts are great for LinkedIn and Facebook – and the blog articles can be published on any blogging platform be it your own website, LinkedIn Pulse, Medium, or other website. 

Once you’ve copied your post, Jessica will take you to your main dashboard screen. You can click on ‘Back to all posts’ to review your next post.

Later, we will add automatic publishing to LinkedIn. Once that is ready, you will be able to see your post on LinkedIn by clicking the first button at the top. Expect to see some exciting new features behind the ‘Open Your Expert Dashboard’ button, too, in our V2 release already in production and coming shortly.

For now, the only button you need to click is ‘Back to All Posts’.
